A local pro takes your trash and recycling to the curb the evening before pickup, and puts them back after the truck has run. Every week, without you thinking about it once.
A service week
Everything FETCH does happens on these two evenings. Your pickup day depends on your town, and we work to whatever your hauler's schedule says.
Evening before pickup
Your pro comes to where you keep the bins — side yard, garage, behind the gate — and walks them down to the curb, positioned the way your hauler wants them.
↓ the truck runs
Pickup day, after collection
Once the truck has been through, your pro returns the empties to the exact spot you told us. No bins on the sidewalk all evening, no wheeling them up the drive in the dark.
↑ and again next week
Most Rhode Island towns slide collection a day after a major holiday. We follow your town's calendar, not ours.
The same pro keeps your address week to week. You see who they are and when the stop is done.
Background check, photo ID, identity verification, and 18 or older — before they're allowed to take a single address.
Pricing
A service week means the trip out and the trip back. Longer terms cost less per week.
Monthly and term plans renew automatically at the same price until you cancel. The single week does not renew.
You can cancel any time, in the app, in a couple of taps. No phone call and no email required. Cancelling stops future service and future billing; weeks you've already paid for aren't refunded.
Nothing is charged until a pro accepts your address. Rhode Island is new, so you may sit in the queue for a little while first — you'll be told when someone takes you on, and not billed before that.
Your part
None of it is work. But a stop can't happen without them, and a trip we can't complete still counts as delivered.
A blocked gate, a car parked over the bins or a locked side door means your pro can't reach them.
We move bins. We don't bag waste, sort recycling, or pick up loose items left beside them.
Gate codes and where the bins live change. Update them in the app and your pro sees it that night.
A loose dog in the side yard is the single most common reason a stop gets skipped.
